Each person’s approach to counselling depends on their life and mental health goals. With compassion and respect, we will explore your unique goals, process past hurts and trauma, develop better skills for managing stress, and decrease harmful thought patterns. Together, we will build on your existing strengths, develop practical coping tools, and foster the lasting resilience you need to truly thrive and enjoy your life.

I have experience working with various age groups ranging from children to adults, including couples and families. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, a family or couple looking to rebuild your connection, or an adult feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I am here to walk alongside you.

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. To tailor our sessions to your unique needs, I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques. Click here to learn more about my therapeutic approach!
