Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship stress as an individual, therapy provides a safe space to explore challenges and build new ways of coping. Our goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and supported — no matter what you’re facing.
Working together, we’ll use evidence-based therapy methods to help you move forward. We provide counselling for children (including play therapy), adolescents (13+), and adults, with flexible online sessions across Canada and in-person appointments in Three Hills, Alberta.

Past traumatic experiences and abusive situations can leave painful scars but are not impossible to heal from. Sometimes these scars show up as constantly feeling exhausted and stressed, repeated conflict in relationships, frozen memories, nightmares and sleep issues, physical symptoms like pain, obsessive compulsive or addictive tendencies, or feeling generally “stuck.”
Using a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based methods like EMDR, we’ll gently process those experiences so you can heal, reduce distress, and feel safer in your own skin. You don’t need to relive your trauma to heal from it.

Anxiety can feel like your mind is always racing — with worry, panic, or “what if” thoughts that never turn off. In our sessions, we’ll work on calming those thoughts, building practical coping skills, and learning to trust yourself again. Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, present, and aware of what you can control in your life.

When sadness becomes heavy and constant, it can feel impossible to find joy or motivation. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down and create tools to bring relief and hope. We’ll support you in building healthier routines, reframing negative self-talk, and finding small steps that make a big difference.

Family life can be a source of strength — and stress. Family Counselling offers practical support for various issues your family is facing. Issues may include, parenting challenges, domestic abuse, family conflict, divorce, concerning behaviours in children, and more.
With young children, play-based and age-appropriate talk therapy can help them express and pull apart confusing feelings, reduce anxiety, improve behaviour and self-esteem, and build skills for emotion regulation. Issues may include, bullying, peer conflict, grief and loss, self-harm, challenging transitions, and more.

Teenagers today face unique pressures — from school stress to identity struggles to the challenges of social media. I create a safe, supportive space where adolescents can talk openly, develop resilience, and build healthier ways to manage emotions, relationships, and life transitions.

Grief and Loss: Grief is unpredictable and incredibly challenging. In Grief Counselling, we will explore your grief process and provide a safe space to share and work through the loss. Together, we will strategize practical coping techniques for the hurt and stress so that you can function and focus in your day-to-day.
Life Transitions: Big changes — moving, career shifts, family changes, or cultural transitions — can leave you feeling unsettled. Life Transitions Counselling offers a space to process those changes, lower stress, and find clarity in your next steps. You’ll leave with practical coping strategies that reduce overwhelm and help you feel more balanced.

Addiction Counselling is a supportive, confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s been going on, at your own pace, without fear of judgment. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences connected to substance use or behaviours, while keeping your goals and values at the centre of the work.
Counselling focuses not just on reducing harm or changing habits, but on understanding what the addiction has meant in your life— i.e. exploring past traumas or adverse experiences and refocusing on what you need moving forward. Above all, it’s a collaborative process that honours your strengths, respects your autonomy, and supports you in building a life that feels healthier and more meaningful to you.
If you don’t see your exact challenge listed above, or if you’re unsure which type of support is right for you, that’s completely okay. Many people come to counselling not knowing where to begin.
Simply reach out, and together we’ll figure out the best way forward.
